They can blame the climate, they can blame “white supremacy” and they can even blame regular, law abiding tax payers.

Regardless of the issue, regardless of the severity, the Biden regime will always have a scapegoat ready at a moments notice to pin their problems on.

This behavior made me curious however; had Joe Biden accepted responsibility for any of the problems he has caused?
