What is fair restitution for infecting the world?

Friends,

When we break something at a store by accident, we pay for it. If we hit someone’s car (hopefully just by accident), we pay for it.

“You break it, you buy it” is the common mantra that runs through all the moments in life where if you mess something up, big or small, you at least try and make up for it in some way.

So please, tell me exactly how we have made China pay for infecting the world with COVID-19? A virus they created in a government lab!
