Stay away from any state that's blue, & by no means consider California. Florida would be my top choice.
Good afternoon! Just looking at the impending failure of the dollar that is probably coming. My wife has a little over a half-million that she inherited about 10 years ago. All in stock. I would like to have her invest in a house NOW in a state we intend to retire in (like Tennessee). We could rent it out until we plan to move. Your thoughts? Peter - Wisconsin
