Friends,
The “War on Drugs” has claimed so many lives since it was declared nearly sixty years ago. From the addicted to the genuinely sick, to the criminal element and misunderstood laws enforced by our judicial system, it is incredibly hard to determine whether we have a health crisis being covered as a criminal situation or vice versa.
On Saturday’s show, we were once again joined by our good friend Gary Collins, as well as our special guest Marc Clair, professional podcaster and public speaker. We discuss why the drug war was first enacted, and whether or not we need to drastically change our outlook on this challenging issue.
From how to handle the drug crisis to growing the GOP longterm, it was a great talk that I hope you’ll enjoy if you missed it live. I hope you’ll also check out two of Marc’s podcasts; the Lions of Liberty where he and friends discuss politics from a libertarian viewpoint, and his comedic, comic book centered show The Second Print Comics Podcast.
Your humble servant,
Ben Stein

Hi Ben:
I have been far, far away from the USA, and it felt good. I was tending to my little vineyard in Argentina. The contact dirt, and the silence was rewarding.
USA is allowing Drugs, Criminals, human traffickers crossing our borders as P. Biden has given them a free pass.
With America's Deterioration of the past 40-50 years, (we used to export the GOSPEL with great Bill Graham), now we are the leading exporter of pornography, as well as other forms of depravity through film and music. America is literally trafficking in filth. We experiment on aborted babies and sell their body parts without shame, referring to them as "fetal tissue" Transferring babies from the womb to the organ bank or dumpster, Drugs and homeless booths where they can inject heroine has been provided. It did not only shocked me but it is now a deplorable shocking part of America History. The Madness must stop!!! We're writing a nauseating history one over which our children and grandchildren will weep.
THANKS BEN FOR ALL THE GOOD WORK YOU DO.
Unfortunately there is silence of the many. Then we keep asking "why is God allowing all the misery"? it is not GOD, it is us... God has given us a free will. We make our own rules and create our own hell on Earth. Not GOD!
In my opinion the "War On Drugs" has been a barely effective, futile and fruitless effort that only effected poor Afro-Americans and not the root of the problem. When the Regan administration classified marijuana as a Schedule I substance it allowed the DEA to incarcerated thousands of people for minor infractions of the law regarding it, ultimately costing Americans billions of dollar. The "War On Drugs" did not create a health crisis, nor was a health crisis created by the "War On Drugs". It simply does not work.
