You have been advocate to keep it simple and spreading risk. For years you have said buy the SPY (s&p 500 tracking ETF). Earnings multiple has been nose bleed levels. Having closed 80% of my SPY holdings. Growth stocks seem to be dropping like a waterfall. What are your thoughts with higher inflation and the fed raising rates. Is their a good dividend play?
You may recall thursday my wife's mother wasn't doing well, she did pass Friday morning. We had a couple of those small guaranteed life insurance policies to cover final expenses, how soon do those usually pay? Is it likely in time to cover those expenses, or will I likely have to cover them and have the estate pay me back?
Ben. Wife and I love your podcasts. Your intelligence and humor are a nice break from the redundancy of the other podcasts out there. Question: where should one who is in retirement be putting their fixed income portion of portfolio today? Watching bonds funds drop as rates go up is no fun. Thanks!
Hi Ben, In a couple of episodes you have mentioned owning real-estate as the investment you would take over precious metals. However it's difficult to come up with the money to own one house much less two. Did you originally rent out homes or did you just buy a home or smaller rental property instead of investing in the Stock Market? A BIG THANK YOU to you and Judah for putting on the show and getting the other guests on. - David Dames

Is it too late to invest in medical and pharmaceutical companies?
What do you think about “climate change?” Is it being used as a front for any other agenda(s).
(One would logically expect the earth to evolve and change over time. There must be a bigger agenda perhaps…)
Are NFT’s a market we should be investing in?
